Short Stories from KM&I for Legal
A week or so ago I posted on the ‘new’ importance of in-person events in a remote working world. And wrote an article around one of the great conversations I had (with Infodash) at KM&I for Legal in NYC.
The point was that there are good things that can now probably only happen in these environments. Here’s another example…
Introducing NGAGE for AI
A New tool for Measuring Multistranded AI Strategies
We recently launched ‘NGAGE for AI’ – a tool for visualizing and measuring the performance of multi-stranded AI strategies. It already ships with comprehensive reporting around Copilot Personal Assistants and AI agents built using the Copilot Studio and Klapper and Infodash platforms. And, to a limited degree (via our new Word plug-in), it tracks usage of Legora and Harvey.
The Mission at KM&I: Building AI Partnerships
Key Interactions at the Event
I did indeed meet up with K-Ming Lee, Head of Customer Engagement at Harvey.
And more relevantly (for this post) both Patrick Forquer (US VP Sales) and Kyle Poe (VP Legal Innovation & Strategy) of Legora.
And got agreement that we should move discussions forward after the event.
Completely in parallel (initially) I was also in conversation with the team from Cleary Gottlieb – Jeannine Zito, Kristen Colquhoun and Dahlia Davila – at the event.
Cleary have been a great customer of ours for 8 years. We’re still providing analytics for their SharePoint Server-based intranet.
The Move to SharePoint Online with Infodash
How NGAGE extends their Digital Workplace Analytics
But here’s the thing. By choosing our NGAGE for Infodash /SharePoint Analytics solution they also get the underlying NGAGE Intelligence analytics platform. And that means they can very easily light up other NGAGE analytics solutions. Not least
NGAGE for AI. And guess what? They are a big Legora user. And they really like the idea of our AI Analytics platform being used (as it is designed to be) as the ‘single source of the truth’ of the performance of their whole Digital Workplace – not least their AI tool investments. I’m obviously hoping this is going to accelerate our
relationship building with Legora.
